Qualifications and Certifications:
Lynn holds 16 ICC Certifications in disciplines of Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, including ICC Certifications as a Certified Building Official and a Master Code Professional in the State of South Carolina. Lynn is approved by the Office of School Facilities as a Chapter 1 Inspector for the State of South Carolina.
Experience:
Lynn has over 30 years of experience. He has held the title of Chief Commercial and Residential Inspector, Plan Reviewer, Deputy Building Inspector, and Building Official for Lancaster County. Prior to working in Lancaster, he also worked with E. L. Adams Construction as Construction Manager. He worked as Development Coordinator and Building Inspector for City of Rock Hill and Commercial Industrial Inspector for York County.
